Mrs. Noc Forrett died at her home in Granville Wednesday after being an invalid for over thirty years. She was the mother of seven children two of whom died in infancy. Five are still living. Besides her husband and children she leaves brothers and sisters – Mrs. Peter Kessler at Billings MO, Mrs. Peter Lauters and Mrs. Henry Peters of Granville, John and Peter of Adrian MN. She was an aunt of Mrs. Nic Scheckel of Alton. The Forretts celebrated their golden wedding the twenty seventh of last may. Mr. and Mrs. Peter Forrett and Jake of Adrian Mn came to attend the funeral which was held at Granville this Friday morning at nine o’clock. The deceased was seventy three years old the fifteenth of September. She was born in Luxemburg Europe. Her husband is now very sick also.
