Mrs. Carolyn Boggs, age 71, of Hull, Iowa, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, in Hull, surrounded by her loved ones.

A memorial service and interment to celebrate Carolyn’s life will be held for family and friends on November 4, 2023, at 1:00pm, at the Reading Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Oolman Funeral Home in Hull, Iowa, is assisting the family.

Carolyn Virginia was born on July 15, 1952, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Howard and Virginia (Alcorn) Wagner. She led a life full of love, compassion, and dedication and was known for her unwavering kindness, which touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Her family was her greatest joy, and she leaves behind cherished memories that will be treasured for generations to come. She will be forever remembered for her warmth, generosity, and the positive impact she made on the lives of those around her. She left an indelible mark on the hearts of many and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her two sons and their wives, Aaron and Debi Boggs, of Bethel, Ohio; and Arlis and Kathy Boggs, of Moores Hill, Indiana; a daughter and her husband, Della and Curt Van Sloten of Hull, Iowa; nine grandchildren, Shelby, Nathan, Anthony, Hunter, and his wife, Demi, Austin, Hannah, Hayden, Harrison, and Emily; three great grandchildren, Adalyn, Easton, and Scarlett; two brothers, Ricky Wagner and Jimmy Wagner; a sister-in-law, Clairanne Wagner; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a beloved brother, Norman Lee Wagner; and two sisters-in-law, Barbara J. Wagner and Elsie Wagner.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given to the American Heart Association or the National Kidney foundation.
