Translated: Thursday nigh Mr. Willemsen at the age of 89 years and 7 moths died. Saturday the funeral was held by Rev. Lepeltak .

Translated: Last week Mr. W. Willemsen died here at the age of almost 90 years. The last years of his life he was at home with his children Mrs. And Mrs. Arie Kuyper, Since the death of his daughter a few weeks ago, he had been staying at the house of his grandchildren Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Pas out here. Rev. Lepeltak led the devotions at the funeral. Fortunately, the old grandfather had a happy view of the Celestial City.
The daughter’s husband Arie Kuyper born May 1832-1905 obit stated he married Agnieta (Antje) Willemsen born Jun 1837-1901 (second of three wives) In the 1900 census Willem Willemsen age 88 born Mar 1812 was living with them.
