From the Alton Democrat, May 16, 1941, Orange City news:

The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter F. Faber passed away immediately after birth and was buried Monday.

No reference to his death was readily found in the Orange City newspaper. No death certificate was located online.

The Sioux County Cemetery Index has Faber, Baby, 3 May 1941, son of P. & L., West Lawn Cem Orange City IA.
FindaGrave.com has a page for Infant Son Faber, born 1941, died 3 May 1941, buried in West Lawn Cemetery, Orange City, with a photo of his headstone “Infant Son of P. & L. Faber, May 3, 1941.” No parents’ names.

The obituary for Peter F. Faber says that his wife was Lydia Huizenga, and that he was preceded in death by an infant son, Harlan.
