Word came to Hull Tuesday of the death of Miss Ellen Murray in a Sioux City hospital. She had been in the hospital a few weeks and complications following an operation brought about her death. Ellen Rose Murray was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Murray and was born in Sioux county. Of late years she has kept house for her father on the home farm north-east of Hull, up to the time of his death last year. She also taught the neighboring school. Her near relatives are two sisters Maggie and Mary of Hull and two brothers John and Peter, the latter of Sheldon. Funeral services were held in the Catholic church at Hull Thursday morning and the body was taken to Sheldon for burial.
