Nick Serres, residing with the Mrs. Barbara Faber family at Granville, died Monday, at the age of 75 years. The funeral was held at Granville Wednesday morning from St. Joseph's Catholic church. Rev. Father [unable to read] officiating. The deceased was born in Harlingen, Luxemburg, and came to Sioux county 22 years ago. He has lived with relatives in the Granville and Remsen vicinities ever since. One son is fighting with the French army, his mother having been a Frenchwoman. The deceased was a second cousin to Mrs. Kauffman of Alton, Mrs. Barbara Faber, Mrs. Peter ...raldinger(?) of Granville and to Joe (?)Remacle of .....
