Onze oprechte sympathie met Mr. Vreeland, uitgever van den Free Press te Sioux Center wiens 23 jarige zoon hem door de dood werd ontnomen.
Our sincere sympathy with Mr. Vreeland, publisher of the Free Press at Sioux Center whose 23-year-old son was taken from him by death.

Ira Vreeland, of whom we reported last week that he was ill with typhoid fever, but was getting better, has been overloaded with the consequences of this disease this morning, 15 minutes past eight. Friday, Feb. 24, he arrived here from Nebraska, suffering from grippe. A few days later he got typhoid fever, which has not left him since. Even though he was ill for a long time and was seriously ill, this message was still unexpected. The sympathy is general with the esteemed parents, in this real loss that should befall them. The Funeral will take place Friday afternoon. The remains will be buried in Hull. We are requested to report that due to the funeral of Ira Vreeland
