Nootenboom, Hendrikje Arie’s Child Sioux Center born 25 Jul 1900 died 7 Mar 1901

Parents were Arie Notenboom and Grietje Niessink from source First Reformed church of Sioux Center old membership book. Other children mentioned were Jan born 1894, Hendrik born 1896, Gerrit born 1898, Rieka 1903, Cornelius 1903, Lubbert 1907, Leonard 1910, Lubbert 1912.

On Thursday morning, a child of Arie Noteboom died unexpectedly. Little had gone to sleep soundly the night before, when the parents awoke checking the child’s organs, found them dying. We express our condolences just to the parents. Mrs. A. Noteboom and one of the children are sick with lung fever.
