Van Holland, Hendrik born 1872 died 1902 came to USA Mar 1902
Van Holland, Henry born about 5-7 years old, and Hendrik Jan about 1 year old, also died at this time.

Possibly born 3 Jun 1872 Wageningen, Gelderland Netherlands to Hendrik Van Holland and Maria Mulder.

However, I could not find his marriage record to Klaasje. Also I see no evidence of Klaasje Van Holland in the 1905 Iowa census

Immigration lists Hendrik Van Holland age 29 wife Klaasje age 42, Hendrik 4, Klaas 3 and Hendrik John 1. They were heading for Maurice IA.

From Maurice Review we read: Hendrik van Holland, 30 years old, died on Wednesday at his home, just east of the city, after being ill for about two weeks. The circumstances in this case are particularly dire. Van Holland and his family, consisting of his wife and three children, arrived in that country only a short time ago. They were held in New York detention hospital for about six weeks, where several members of the family were very ill. After their arrival here they rented a house with a piece of land from J. S. Mieras, east of the city and started their household. Being extremely poor, they had few things and conveniences in the house, and soon the whole family became ill with various ailments. Dr. Boyer did everything he could for them, but they seemed feisty to starvation, so that their Bodies were unable to withstand the disease and provide medicine that had devastated lack of food. The Baby died Monday. Mr. Van Holland had lung fever and measles and was recovering nicely when on Saturday night, while his mind was temporarily confused, he got out of bed and walked out almost naked. For some time he was brought back to bed through the cold and mud. Exposure to the cold made him collapse again and killed his life. The two remaining children are mending and are allowed to recover and the wife and mother will be spared to take care of them. The father's remains are buried next to the baby's in the township Graveyard.

About three weeks ago a Van Holland family arrived here from the Netherlands by name and consisting of man, woman and 3 children, where a child died from Monday, aged 2 ½ years. Wednesday the man and father were taken away by death, and today morning the youngest child aged 5 years. The family was founded by Dr. Boyer, where they are lovingly nursed. is one case that certainly does the report\
The submitter could not find what became of Klaasje Van Holland and one of her children possibly Klaas born about 1899.
