Marriage record lists Gerrit Zoet age 23, a day loborer, married Aaltje van den Hooen age 40 a widow of Aalt De Mots. (Gerrit was probably the hired man) Gerrit’s father was Jan Zoet and mother Hermina Stap. Aaltje’s parents were Teunes Aalbersen Van den Hoorn and Aartje Jannessen married 14 Aug 1868 at Ermelo, Gelderland, Netherlands.
