Research note: In a report on ancestry.com (by others) The children of Nicholas and Mina were Gertrude Bider Vander Linden 1876-1880 , Dora 1877-1884, and Harry Van der Linden 1879-1936. According to the obit of Nicholas they lost four children and only one son survived. Harry Vander Linden 1879-1936. Nicholas’s parents were Gijsbert Vande Linden 1822-1901 and Cornelia Vande Giessen 1810-1873
