Rites for Mrs. Vanden Berg No. 12
Dies Monday at local Hospital
Funeral services will be held at Central Reformed church here at 1:30 p.m. Thursday nov 12 for Mrs. William G. Vanden Berg 70 long time resident of Sioux Center community, who passed away at the Sioux Center Hospital Monday evening. She had been critically ill for sometime with cancer.

Services will be conducted by the Rev. Marion Klaaren and burial will be made in the Sioux Center community cemetery under the direction of Vander Ploeg’s Funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Clarence Mol, Neal C. Mol, Henry Ter Haar, John Bonnema, Gerrit Van Engen and Donald Brommer.

Mrs. Vanden Berg, nee Annetje Juffer, was born in the Nethrelands Oct 14, 1894 and immigrated to the US with her parents as a small girl. She was married to William G. Vanden Berg in Sioux Center on March 3, 195.

Survivors besides her husband include four sons, Gerrit and Ted of Sioux Center, Clarence of Doon and Alvin of Ireton. 13 granchildren; a brother, Gerrit J. Juffer of Ireton; two sisters, Winnie Mrs. John M. Vande Berg of Sioux Center and Gertrude Mrs. Jim Mulder of Doon.

CARD OF THANKS Our sincere thank you to all relatives, friends and neighbors who so graciously remembered us in prayer and with oilier kindnesses following the recent passing oŁ our dear wife, mother and grandmother, Anna Van Den Berg. A special "thank you" to Rev. Klaaren for his visits, prayers, and comfort and to the hospital staff and Dr. McGilvra for their services. Thanks also for remembering mother on her 70tii birthday October 14. She appreciated this very much and so did we. Win. G.
