AN EARLY SETTLER HERE--ALBERT COVVEY DIES MONDAY AT HIS HOME IN SIOUX CITY

Albert Covvey died at his home in Sioux City Monday from gangrene and other complications. He was a brother of Eugene D. Covvey of this city. He was well known to the older residents of this vicinity, having resided here from 1870 till about 1887 when he moved to Sioux City. He had been in poor health for several years.

He was about 60 years of age and leaves a wife and one daughter to mourn his death. His brother, Eugene D. Covvey went to Sioux City Monday to be present at the funeral.
