From the Sioux County Index (Hull), September 3, 1937:

Mr. and Mrs. John Zoet mourn the death of two grandsons born the past week. [One was a newborn of the Paul Ver Ploegs of Rock Rapids.] The other, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Attema of Rock Valley, died at birth in a Le Mars hospital.
