MRS. FRED SIEGE SUCCUMBS AT HOSPITAL, FUNERAL SET FRIDAY Mrs. Fred Siege, 73, longtime Le Mars resident died Wednesday in Floyd Valley hospital after a long illness. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at St. John American Lutheran church. Rev. L. L. Belk and Rev. Arnold Imbrock will officiate. Burial will be in St. John Lutheran cemetery near Maurice, under the direction of the Mauer funeral home of Le Mars. A prayer service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The former Olga Sophie Mueller, she was born Jan. 25, 1894, at Maurice and she was married May 26, 1915. Mr. Siege died in 1941 and she came to Le Mars in 1942. Her parents were the late Henry and Wilhelmia (Osterman) Mueller. Survivors are two daughters, Lorna Siege and Lorene Siege, both of Le Mars, and two sisters, Mrs. Viola Watson and Mrs. William Duster, both also of Le Mars. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1941 an infant son; 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Mrs. Siege was a member of St. John American Lutheran church
