Died: August 23, 1971Miss Edna Leona Vellinga, 39, Sheldon, Iowa, died August 23 at the Sheldon hospital after a long illness.
Funeral 1:30 p.m. August 26, Christian Reformed Church, the Reverend Nicholas Vogelzang. Burial West Lawn Cemetery, Orange City, Vander Ploeg Funeral Home, Sheldon.
Born April 21,1932, Archer, Employee of Special Education Services, State of Iowa. She was the daughter of Edward and Grace (Van Klompenberg) Vellinga. Her mother passed away in 1967.
Survivors: Father, Edward of Sheldon; sisters Mrs. Alvin Blom of San Antonio, Texas., Mrs. Andy Mouw of Sibley, Iowa; brothers, Ray of Sheldon, John of Rock Rapids.
