In 1900 census the family was living in Maple, Ida, IA . Wallace age 41 born Feb 1859 Indiana, married 1885 wife Matilda born Feb 1862 Wisconsin children Iva 13, Gladys 10 and Darrel 4.

Research note: A report on ancestry.com (by others) revealed the maiden name of Matilda as Matilda Helen Coffield 1861-1940.
