Sunday afternoon to 12 o'clock died in Carmel Mrs. D. Schut a single day's disease, leaving her husband and four young children. This death was unexpectedly unexpected. On Friday afternoon she was still in Sioux Center at, among other things, her mother Mrs. Punt here, to see, which she was in to the sick bed. Then she was healthy and well. The funeral was held (Tuesday) in the morning at 11 o'clock at the house of death and in the afternoon at 2 o'clock in the 1st Reformed Church at this place, after the remains of the relatively young woman and mother. They were entrusted in the presence of many ancestors and participating friends at the womb. Must have been hard for the mother of the deceased. We declare our declaration with the family in mourning and have widespread involvement.

They had children: Fannie 1893, Cornelius 1895, Maria 1898 and Sanderus 1900.
