Research note: From an ancestry.com report (by others) Husband William M. Van Peursem 1850-1938. She was the daughter of John A. Brink 1821-1897 and Maria Kools 1832-1914. Her children were: Peter 1883, John 1886, George 1887, Abraham 1889, Janette 1891 and Maria 1892.

Obituary – After a short illness my youthful wife died at 33 years and 8 mo. My dear life companion died Wednesday, Subia Brink who have married for more that 9 years like a time eternal. She leaves five children the oldest 8 years and the youngest months old have lost their caring mother.
