John Duane Van Dyke, two month old son of Mr. and Mrs. John G. Van Dyke, who live north east of Rock Valley, died Tuesday afternoon at five o'clock following a brief illness of pneumonia.

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the home after which interment was made in the Memory Gardens Cemetery at Sioux Center.

Mr. and Mrs. Van Dyke have five other children.
