VANDER VLIET BABY DIED SUDDENLY LAST FRIDAY

Arlin, two year old son of Mr. and, Andrew Vander Vliet of Carmel, passed away suddenly on Friday afternoon. He had been ill with the measles and the chicken pox.

The baby is survived by his parents, a baby brother and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Feekes of Carmel and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Vander Vliet of Sioux Center.

Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Feekes, and in the Carmel Reformed Church. The Reverend Harmelink officiated. Burial took place at the Carmel Cemetery.
