Funeral services were held at St. Paul Lutheran Church at Sheldon June 16 for Mrs. Ernest Vander Hamm, 80, of Sheldon who died June 13 at the Sheldon Hospital.

Services were conducted by the Reverend Donald Loots and burial was made in the church cemetery.

The former Cena Nanninga was born at Ireton December 7, 1891, daughter of Fred and Hannah (Deethart) Nanninga. Her husband preceded her in death in December 1961.

Survivors include three daughters - Mrs. Melvin (Leta) Molman of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Mrs. Irvin (Luette) Schiltz of LeMars, Mrs. Richard (Marcella) Carl of Sheldon; a sister Mrs. Tena Cornish of Hawarden; a brother, Warren of Ireton; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
