The death of Henry Ross nephew of Mr. Peters, last Sunday died of consumption, caused quite a sadness among all his acquaintances, for he was liked best by those who knew him best. All through his sickness he bore his affliction without a murmur of complaint. Rev. Andridge preached the funeral sermon. His parents reside across the sea.

Son of Joachim Hinrich August Ross 1837-1927 and Anna Peters 1840-1910. His parents came to the USA as his father died at Doon IA 16 May 1927 as well as his mother Anna died at Doon IA 10 Dec 1910.
