Funeral services held for William Vanden Brink

William Vanden Brink, 76, Rock Valley, died at the Valley Manor Nursing Home here Thursday. Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Porter Funeral Home with Reverend John Van Zweden officiating. Burial was in the Sioux Center Community Cemetery.

Mr. Vanden Brink was born March 20, 1887, at Reeman, Michigan.

Survivors include the widow; a daughter, Mrs Joe Groeneweg, and a number of stepchildren.

Note: William was married to Minnie Vogel. She died in 1948. He married Johanna (Strauss) Vanden Brink.
