Services for Mrs Reyelts here Tuesday Funeral services are to be held here Tuesday morning at the Immanuel Lutheran church for Mrs. Bertha Reyelts long time resident of the county. She died Saturday afternoon at the Good Samaritan Home ill George at the age of 84. She had been at the home for the past two years and had been in failing health for an extended period. The Rev. Andrew Oppedahl will officiate at the service, which is to begin at 10:30 a.m. Dalbert Newborg will be soloist and will sing "Beyond the Sunset" and "My God and I." He will be accompanied by Mrs. Wayne Friedrichsen at the organ.

Burial is to be at St. Paul's cemetery near Hull. Jongewaard Stapp Funeral Home is making arrangements. Bearers will be Ray Prahl, Orie Kline, L. J. Dehn, Olaf Hagen, Jack Wieland and Alfred Dickmann.

Bertha Jaster was born on April 18, 1888 at Lipno, Germany. She came to the United States as a young woman and settled at Hull. There on May 24, 1911, she married Henry B Reyelts. They farmed for many years in Lyon county, north of Hull In 1942 they retired and moved to Rock Rapids to make their home. Mr Reyelts died in 1958.

Surviving are three daughters, Adeline, Mrs. William Edmonds, Westwood, N. J.; Ruth, Mrs. Duane Larson, Rock Rapids; and Helen, Mrs. Richard G. Vander Wilt, of Sibley. There are nine grandchildren and one great – grandchild. Also surviving are three brothers, Otto and Karl Jaster, St. Peter MN and Rudolph Jaster in Germany. There is on sister Amelia, Mrs. Alvin Ort of Gurnsey WY.
