Mr. David Kempers, age 68, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 26, 2019, at his home.

David Loren was born on April 26, 1951, in Sheldon, Iowa, the son of Marion and Geneva (Roetman) Kempers. He was raised in Hull and graduated from Western Christian High School. He went on to attend Hope College in Holland, Michigan, as well as Central College in Pella, Iowa.

Dave enjoyed playing the piano and working with flowers.

He will be greatly missed by his brothers, Larry and Jack Kempers and their families. He will also be missed by his many friends who he loved dearly and considered family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Geneva Kempers, and his niece, Amy (Kempers) Dover.

There will be no funeral services at this time.
