HENRY P. WESTRA

Funeral services were held at the First Reformed Church at Hull at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, October 5, for Henry P. Westra, 63, of Hull, who died at the Sheldon hospital October 2 after a long illness.

Services were conducted by the Reverend Paul M. Vander Woude and burial was in Hope Cemetery.

Mr. Westra was born was born near Carmel September 4,1909, son of Peter and Johanna (Schut) Westra.

He married Tina Brunsting August 3,1933, in Hull. The couple farmed for many years, but in recent years he had been employed by the city of Hull.

Survivors include the widow; two sons Harold of Basin, Wyoming, and Marvin of Jenison, Michigan; two daughters, Mrs. Harold (Carol) Sterk of Sheldon and Mrs. Audley (Mary) Tensen of Hull; two brothers, Sam and John P., both of Hull; five sisters, Mrs. John (Dora) Van Dyk of Inwood, Mrs. Marion (Henrietta) Moss of Sioux Center, Mrs. Guy (Fannie) Vander Weerd of Lakewood, California, and Mrs. Wilmer (Margaret) Miersma and Mrs. Corneal (Pearl) Rozing, both of Hull; and 10 grandchildren.
