Mrs. Alice Wallinga Klein, 86, of Sioux Center passed away at the Doornink Hospital Wednesday night following an illness with cancer.

She was married to Cornelius Klein of Sioux Center 11 years ago. And lived on a farm southwest of Sioux Center.

Her husband and five children survive – John Wallinga of Sheldon, Jennie Sipma of Hull, Joe Wallinga of Boyden, Bert Wallinga of Boyden, Harry Wallinga of Middleburg. Step children – Joe Klein, Arthur Klein, John Klein all of Sioux Center, Marion Klein of Maurice, Neal Klein of Grand Rapids Michigan, Louis Klein of Sioux Center, and Mrs. Harry TenHarmsel of Sioux Center.

Funeral services were held Friday in the First Christian Reformed Church of Orange City with Reverend O. Breen of Sioux Center and Reverend F. Schuurman of Orange City officiating.

Interment was made at the West Lawn Cemetery in Orange City where her first husband, John Wallinga was buried.
