Funeral services for Lambert Top, 42, of Orange City, were held Monday afternoon at the Second Christian Reformed Church in Orange City. Reverend Harlan Roelofs officiated and burial was in the Orange City Cemetery under the direction of the Van Etten Funeral Home.

Mr. Top owned and operated excavating machinery and equipment and had been ill for several months. On May 19, 1943, he married Margaret E. Mulder in Missouri. They made their home mostly in Orange City. Lambert passed away on February 19, 1959, in Orange City, after more than fifteen years of marriage.

Survivors include the widow; three children, Larry, Don and Lourita, all at home; and the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Top of Orange City.
