Denney Milton Tiedeman was born on July 16, 1946 to Vernon and Winifred Tiedeman at Hull, Iowa, passing from this life November 21, 1972 at the age of 26 years, 4 months and 5 days.

He was baptized August 11, 1946 and confirmed June 18, 1961 at St. Paul Lutheran Church near Hull, Iowa. He was elected to serve on the Church Council of St. Paul’s the term was to commence in January 1973.

Denney was married to Alvina Van Beek November 29, 1966 and to this marriage was born 3 daughters--Melissa Lynn, Loretta Sue and Suzanna Kay, for which they give thanks to God.

Denney served in the National Guard in Luverne, Minnesota, being on 6 months active duty, beginning on February 14, 1965.Subsequently, he served 5 ½ years by attending training once each month and two weeks each summer, being discharged October 27, 1971.

He was employed by Smit & Son of Boyden, Iowa at the time of his death, having been so employed the last four years.

He is survived by his wife, Alvina, and 3 daughters--Melissa, age 3, Loretta age 2 and Suzanna age1; also by his parents; and by one brother.
