Mrs. Mike L. Dykstra

Funeral services for Mrs. Mike L. Dykstra, 77. of Orange City, were Tuesday in the First Reformed church. Mrs. Dykstra died Saturday in Orange City hospital after a 10 day illness.

Born Nov. 28, 1889. in the Netherlands, her family moved to the United States when she was two years old to settle in LeMars. Mrs. Dykstra was married Feb. I8. 1909. Mr. Dykstra died in 1954.

Survivors include two sons. Leo of Escondido, Calif. and the Rev. Kenneth of Ripon: a daughter, Mrs. Thomas De Jong of Orange City; a sister. Miss Ann Van Zwol of Orange City: two brothers. Henry of Minneapolis and Ralph of Mesa. Ariz. six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Note: In a report on ancestry.com (by others) it is revealed that her name was Margaret VanZwol.
