DEATH OF GEORGE STORIE--PASSES AWAY SUDDENLY FROM AN ATTACK OF HEART TROUBLE

George Storie, an old time resident of this vicinity, died very suddenly Tuesday evening from heart failure at Morningside, Sioux City, where he has made his home for several years. Mr. Storie was attacked while he was talking with friends in a grocery store near his home. He had been ailing for some time but was thought to be improving. He was about 72 years of age.

In 1864 he married Susan L. Rawson . They came to Sioux County over thirty years ago and for a number of years lived on the farm now owned by W.A. Corson, three miles out of town. He leaves his wife, Susan and two daughters.

The body will be brought to Hawarden on the 11 o’clock Milwaukee train Saturday morning and the funeral will be held from the Presbyterian Church immediately following the arrival the train. Reverend R.C. Cully, pastor of the Morningside Presbyterian Church will accompany the family and preach the funeral sermon.
