Mrs. Klaas Driesen, 87, of Rock Valley died Saturday, May 10, in the Rock Valley hospital after a lengthy illness.

Services were at l:30 p.m. Tuesday at the First Christian Reformed Church in Rock Valley with the Rev. Roger Bultman officiating. Burial was in Valley View Cemetery. The Porter Funeral Home is in charge.

Nellie Van Maanen was born on Nov. 19, 1892, in The Netherlands. She was married on March 14,1914, in Rock Valley. They farmed in the Rock Valley area.

Survivors include one son, John D. of Rock Valley, one daughter, Mrs. Elmer (Lucy) Visser of Inwood; three brothers, Gerrit of Rock Valley, Walter of Bellflower, Calif., and Ike of Omaha; two sisters, Mrs. Bert (Gertie) Rus of Rock Valley, and Mrs. William (Tena) Van Marel of Orange City, la.; 11 grandchildren and 33 greatgrandchildren.
