JOHN E. DRIESEN John E. Driesen, 77, of Rock Valley, died Thursday at his residence. Services were at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Netherlands Reformed Church. The Rev. A.M. Denboer officiated. Burial was in Valley View Cemetery. Visitation was from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday in the Porter Funeral Home.

Mr. Driesen was born June 6, 1907 in the Netherlands. He came to the United States in 1913. He married Henrietta Leusink on March 5, 1936 in Hull. They farmed in the Rock Valley area until 1977, when they retired and to Rock Valley.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Edwin of Ephrata, Wash., Harvey of Rock Valley and Harold of Sioux Center; one daughter, Mrs. John (Kathleen) Vande Hoef of Rock Valley; one sister, Ms. Dick (Jeanette) Post of Rock Valley; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren
