Miller, Phillip died 19 Aug 1876(1875?) age 56 y 6m 2d. GAR buried in Greenwood Cemetery Matlock IA.

Sioux County Herald of March 23, 1876 Probate notice. No death notice was found in the papers of the time.

Note: in the reports on ancestry.com (by others) lists death on Aug 19, 1876 however, his probate was in the paper March of 1876 so he was already deceased in Aug of 1876, Assuming death date could have been 19 Aug 1875. The family report lists Phillip as born Feb 20, 1820 died 1876. He married Sarah Walker Dec 7, 1848 Ohio. They had seven children.
