Lorna Lee Paul, 69, of Ashtabula, OH, died Sunday, May 27, 2018.

Lorna was born Nov. 19, 1949 in Sioux County to Malcolm and Arlene (Abbey) Kratochvil. She was raised on a farm near Alcester. She graduated from West Sioux High School in 1967. After graduation, she attended Stewarts Beauty School in Sioux Falls. She graduated and went to Minneapolis to work.

On Feb. 14, 1970, she married Kelly Paul in the First Baptist Church in Hawarden They moved to Yuba City, CA, where Kelly finished his towr of duty with the U.S. Air Force. The coup[le moved to Parker City, IN, where they raised their children. Job opportunities brought them to Madison, OH, where Lorna worked as an office manager for a general contractor. They retired in 2011 and settled in Ashtabula. Lorna had many interests,but especially enjoyed gardening and houseplants.

She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Angela (Joe) Tingley of Berea, OH; a son, Jesse of Painseville, OH; a granddaughter, Lily Tingley of Berea, OH; and a sister, Linda (Glendon) Peterson of Le Mars.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant sister, Sandra; and a brother-in-law, Rich Janssen.
