The South Dakota Historical Society Cemetery Records Index shows A. Van Duyn, died 1931, buried in the Colton Cemetery. In the same cemetery lot (Lot 26, Block B) is Adolph Van Duyn, died 1928.

No further information explicitly tied to her was located, but the following family appears to be hers and her husband’s:

The 1920 U.S. census has Adolph Van Duyn (age 74) and wife Nellie (age 69) living in Rock Valley.

The 1925 Iowa state census for Rock Valley has Adolph Van Duyn (age 79), 44 years in the U.S., 32 years in Iowa; and wife Nettie (age 75), 40 years in the U.S., her father is given as Lucus Der Duyn and Magie Frendensull.

From Ancestry.com: The 1908/1909 Sioux County Marriage Register entry for her probable daughter Maggie Van Duyn (age 21) shows Maggie born in New Holland, S. Dak., parents Adolf Van Duyn and Neeltje Doorduin. The Minnesota Births and Christenings Index entry for her presumed daughter Elizabeth Van Duyn shows Elizabeth with parents Adolph Van Duyn and Neeltje Door Duin.
