From the Rock Valley Bee, March 13, 1931:

Mrs. Gerrit Noteboom, a former resident of Rock Valley, died at her home in Corsica, S.D., last Friday. The Noteboom family will be remembered here, as they moved away from here only a few years ago. Mrs. Noteboom was about fifty-two years old. She was the mother of Mrs. Paul Pember and Mrs. Luke DenBoer, of Rock Valley and vicinity. Funeral services were held at Corsica Monday. Mr. and Mrs. DenBoer and Mrs. Paul Pember and W. Brouwer, a half brother of the deceased, went to Corsica to attend the funeral services.

It lists two spouses, Andrew DeHaan (1876-1903) and Gerrit Noteboom (1860-1934), and five children: Fred DeHaan (1901-1988), Hilda DeHaan Den Boer (1902-1983), Sarah Noteboom Bennink (1908-2006), Ada Noteboom DeBoer (1910-1999), and Wilbur Noteboom (1917-1986).

The Sioux County Marriage Register for 1899 shows groom Andrew De Haan, age 23, of Edgerton, S.D., a farmer, born in Holland, parents Laurence De Haan and Trientje Mayer; bride Susie Brower, age 21, of Rock Valley, born in Pella, Iowa, parents Foppe Brouwer and A. De Boer; married in Rock Valley March 6, 1899.

Andrew DeHaan’s FindaGrave entry shows him dying 20 Nov 1903 in Charles Mix County, South Dakota.

South Dakota Marriages, 1905-1912, on Ancestry.com shows husband Gerrit Noteboom of Corsica, age 46, nationality Dutch, a widower; wife Susie Brower of Platte, age 28, nationality Dutch, a widow; married at Harrison, Douglas County, October 2, 1907.
