The remains of Mrs. Olive Tamplin Putnam who died at the Tamplin home, Denver, Colorado, Thursday February 5th were brought to Hull Monday evening and funeral services were held at the M. E. Church, Tuesday morning, conducted by the Reverend Ward of Rock Valley. Interment was made in the Hope Cemetery, a large concourse of friends and relatives being in attendance.

The remains were accompanied here by her mother, Mrs. Asenath (Bell) Tamplin, her sister, Hortense Tamplin, Mrs. A.B. Chubduck, her brothers, J.W. and Ben and the bereaved husband A.A. Putnam.

The Tamplins and Putnam were some of the very earliest of settlers in this vicinity, and continued to reside here until a few years ago.

The many friends here of the bereaved relatives join in Extending sympathy.
