Joseph Remacle passed away at his home in Hospers Thursday March 11 at the ripe old age of seventy-five years, death coming as the result of the infirmities of old age. Deceased was born in Harlingan, Luxemburg in 1839. She was married to Miss Kathrin Waspergaing in Harlingan in 1862. They came to America in 1891 and settled in Sioux county where their family of eight children grew to manhood and womanhood. The funeral will take place this Saturday from St. Anthony's church with Rev. H.J. Dries in charge and interment will be made in St. Anthony's cemetery. Besides his wife he is survived by his eight children, Mrs. Mary Block of Hospers, Mrs. Josephine Wagner of Perry, Okla., Mrs. Frank Malget of Perry, Okla., John of Billings, Okla., Mike of Howard, S.D., and John, Joseph and Peter of Hospers.
