Mrs. Viola Moore, formerly a resident of this community, but late of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, passed away at her home there last week. Her body arrived here Saturday and interment was made in the Boyden Cemetery.

Many of the old time residents in Boyden will remember this family. They resided on a farm about 1/2 miles north of town.

(Found in the 1900 census William Moore born May 1846 in Ohio was living in Sheridan Township Sioux County with wife Viola age 51 born 1849 Ohio. They had been married 21 years . From ancestry.com came info that Viola’s maiden name was Heath. Found no further evidence of children born to them.
