Funeral services for James A. Moret, 13, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Moret, formerly of Boyden, were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the First Reformed Church in Boyden. The Reverend Henry Schoon officiated. Burial was in the Boyden Cemetery under the direction of the Vander Ploeg Funeral Home of Sheldon, Iowa.

James was killed in a hay loading accident Saturday morning at Wilmington, Illinois, where the family now lives. He was born December 10, 1953, at Chandler, Arizona.

Survivors include a brother and two sisters all at home; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. William Kroeze of Hull, Iowa, and his paternal grandfather, William J. Moret of Boyden.
