Note: This entry in the Sioux County IA cemetery index of her burial at Matlock IA, is puzzling as the claim on ancestry.com is that she died at Brookings SD and was buried there as was her husband. There is no indication she lived at Matlock IA. She may have lived in Sioux county IA in her early youth as there were some Blumeyers ( her maiden name) who lived in the Boyden - Matlock area. Found on ancestry.com by others, possible parents?? - Ernest A. Blumeyer born 13 Aug 1865 Germany died 19 Mar 1944 Brookings SD, wife Minnie Brass 1878-1920. Census record show that they lived in Grant Tsp Sioux county in 1910.
