Harrington, Eugene age 6 days son of Grant and Sada buried in Valley View Cemetery Rock Valley IA. As listed in the Sioux county IA cemetery index. No date was given, only Grant and Sadetta Harrington living in the area were as given in the following obit of Grant Harrington.

Death of Sioux County Pioneer Grant Harrington, & pioneer newspaperman at Rock Valley, passed away at Jacksonville, Fla., Dec, 23rd. His death followed a brief illness. Mr. Harrington was very active in public work while he published the Register, the first paper in Rock Valley. He helped organize the Masoic lodge at Rock Valley and served ss its first master and he was also a member of the consistory in Milwaukee. While in Rock Valley he served as vice president of the State Bank there, After Mr. Harrington left Rock Valley he served as county clerk in Walworth county, S D., and retired from active business about twelve yean, ago. He is survived by hjs wife and one son, Elliott.

Note: Grant’s wife was Sadette Smith born 1865, they married in 1895. Elliot was born 1895 so Eugene was born after 1895.
