Marvin Kuyper, 56, Inwood, died April 30 at his home of a long illness.

Services were Monday in the First Reformed Church. The Reverend Raymond Denekas officiated. Burial was in Richland Cemetery.

Mr. Kuyper was born December 22, 1924 to Walter and Etta (Remmerde) Kuyper in Carmel. He married Alice Van DeBerg, January 14, 1948, in Sioux Center. He was a farmer and operated a trucking business.

Survivors include the widow; his mother, Mrs. William Caswell of Rock Rapids; six sisters: Mrs. Richard (Elaine) Ekle and Miss Diane, both of Canton, South Dakota, Mrs. Alan (Norma) Macrer of Larchwood, Mrs. Richard (Carol) Harmelink of Oak Harbor, Washington, Mrs. Scott (Eloise) Hoekstra of Rock Rapids, and Miss Mary of Inwood; two sisters, Mrs. Larry Ter Wee of Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Mrs. John Halma of Inwood.
