Mr. Ravensteyn died last Wednesday at the home of his children, Mr. and Mrs. T. Swets, after a prolonged illness. Deceased was born in the Netherlands ninety years ago and came to this country with his family in 1873. His wife died last March, since which time he has made his home with his children. He is survived by his four children; Mrs. L. Van Oort, Mrs. H. Vander Zwaag, Mrs. Teunis Swets and Peter Ravensteyn. The funeral was held on Friday and was conducted by Rev. Timmerman in the Christian Reformed church.
