She was an elementary teacher in Inwood, IA from 1948 to 1949.
She was united in marriage to Harvey Calsbeek of Sibley, IA on June 10, 1949 at the Bethel Reformed Church in Davis, SD. She taught Sunday School, Christian education, and women’s Bible studies; she played the piano and organ; she also directed choir in several of the churches they served. Angeline also taught in elementary schools in Holland, MI and Yankton, SD.
