Last rites for Lemuel Ott Monday, July 1

Funeral services were held in Porter Funeral home at 10 a.m. Monday, July 1 for Lemuel Mardith Ott, 83. Rev Mervin Nelson, pastor of the Methodist church officiated.

Pallbearerswere Garret Wissisk, Earl Hayden, Pete Smith, Pete Vander Velde, Dick Ver Doorn and Jake Vande Weerd.
Interment was in the Valley View cemetery.
Mr. Ott died in the Sioux Center Community hospital June 28.
He was born in Germany on Feb. 18, 1880.
