Margaret Klein, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Klein, Sr., died at her home at the age of 18 years and 9 days.

Margaret was born at Hospers on January 11, 1916. She is survived by her parents, seven brothers and two sisters, as follows--Theodore of Granville; Peter of Hospers; William of Hospers; John of Hospers; Sister Angeline of St. Francis convent in Dubuque; Lawrence and Joe of Hospers, and Mary, at home.

Several weeks ago she underwent an operation for appendicitis in a Sioux City Hospital. Complications set in later and caused her death.

She graduated from the eighth grade some four years ago and was always the delicate child of the family.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday morning at St. Anthony’s Church at 9:30 o’clock with Reverend John Thoennissen officiating. Interment was at St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
