On Tuesday the four months old babe of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Dyksterhuis was suddenly taken sick with internal hemorrhage. On Wednesday an operation was deemed necessary and the little one was hurried to Sioux City per auto--John Hess driving with Mrs. B.J. Klein and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Dyksterhuis and Dr. Galman for passengers. The little one was operated on in the afternoon and died at nine in the evening. The remains arrived here on Thursday. Funeral services were held this Friday from the Reformed church, Rev. Douwstra officiating. Mr. and Mrs. Dyksterhuis have the sympathy of the entire community.
